This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through any club shop hosted on GekkhoGear.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). Each club shop sells merchandise created and fulfilled by Gekkho Gear on behalf of the club.
1. General Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with an item you’ve received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Because many products are made-to-order, customised, or printed specifically for your club, certain items may not be eligible for a return unless faulty. Details are outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:

The item is faulty, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

The item you received is incorrect (wrong size, colour, or product).

You received incomplete items from your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition where applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned unless faulty:

Customised items (e.g., personalised names, numbers, initials).

Made-to-order club merchandise produced specifically for your club.

Special-order items that are not stocked and are created upon purchase.

Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.
This is because these items cannot be resold due to their personalised or bespoke nature.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

5. Exchanges

We are able to offer exchanges for non-personalised items (for example, standard club merchandise that has not been customised with names, initials, numbers, or bespoke design changes).
To request an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the item is customised, personalised, or made-to-order specifically for you, exchanges cannot be offered unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return postage for exchange requests unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
