Each club shop sells merchandise created and fulfilled by Gekkho Gear on behalf of the club.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"629\">\n<h2 data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"657\"><strong data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"657\">1. General Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"839\">We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with an item you\u2019ve received, please contact us within <strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"780\">14 days<\/strong> of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"1034\">Because many products are <strong data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"884\">made-to-order<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"900\">customised<\/strong>, or <strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"943\">printed specifically for your club<\/strong>, certain items may not be eligible for a return unless faulty. Details are outlined below.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1039\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1074\"><strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1074\">2. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1586\">The following products cannot be returned unless faulty:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1861\">\n<li data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1659\">\n<p data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1659\"><strong data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1610\">Customised items<\/strong> (e.g., personalised names, numbers, initials).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1735\">\n<p data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1735\"><strong data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1696\">Made-to-order club merchandise<\/strong> produced specifically for your club.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1815\">\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1815\"><strong data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1761\">Special-order items<\/strong> that are not stocked and are created upon purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1861\">\n<p data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1861\"><strong data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1845\">Sale or clearance items<\/strong>, unless faulty.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1952\">This is because these items cannot be resold due to their personalised or bespoke nature.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1954\" data-end=\"1957\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"1994\"><strong data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"1994\">4.
